During this past weekend, you might have attended the Special Import Car Show where all of the attention grabbed by the car: the Veilside Premier 4509 Limited.

The Lamborghini Murcielago is painted in matte dark gray, which include the headlamps. It sits on a height adjustable air suspension from the Japanese brand Roberuta.

Exterior, the kit includes; a full front and rear bumper replacement, sideskirts with a rear wing and rear diffusers inspired from the LP640 Super Veloce. Being close enough, you can get a peak at the twin exhaust tips sneaking out of the negative space in the middle of the rear bumper.

Thanks to the addition of Nitrous Oxide, the supercar also gets some power updates, but there is no word on exactly how much HP you’ll get. The Veilside Premier 4509 Limited was limited to only 300 units worldwide.

Russian tuner is offering the full details about their tuning kits. The TopCar Panamera Stingray that has been announced sometimes back in March, now announced to be available in three editions: the Black Matte Edition, the White Edition, and the Carbon Grey Edition.

The first kit, Black Matte Edition, features some elements painted in gloss black: the front lip spoiler, front bumper inserts, ventilation ‘gills’ on the bonnet, front fender scoops, side skirts, window trims, both rear wings, the tailgate trim, and rear bumper diffuser.

The White Edition combines the white exterior color with some trim parts painted in black and white leather on the interior. And finally, the Carbon Grey Edition comes with the front lip spoiler, front bumper inserts, the bonnet, front fender scoops, side skirts, window trims, both rear wings, the tailgate trim, and rear bumper diffuser all made of carbon fiber.

The Porsche Panamera is to be offered in three different colors, going on and on as the important part of the tuning kit is the power boost. TopCar have modified the Porsche’s engine to deliver a stunning 750hp from the already impressive 550hp it was producing before.

Novitec Rosso, the German tuners, has given the Ferrari 612 Scaglietti a new tuning program, for improved performance.

Among the tuning package, the Ferrari 612 Scaglietti includes new accessories, new wheels and an upgraded ECU. The revised ECU combines with the new stainless steel exhaust system, and increases the output of the 5.7-litre V12 engine from 530bhp and 588Nm of torque to 558bhp and 609Nm of torque.

This modification allows the Ferrari 612 Scaglietti to go from 0-100km/h in 3.9 seconds, before reaching a top speed of 325km/h. The new custom stainless-steel high-performance exhaust system features four 90mm tall pipes to help achieve the performance increase.

The cosmetic enhancements to the 612 Scaglietti include darkened taillights, reflectors and side indicator lights, as well as three-piece NF3 alloy wheels mated with Pirelli P Zero tyres and measure 20-inch in front and 21-inch at the rear.

Interior, the car can be specified with a sport steering wheel, special leather upholstery, and custom seats.

The Hyundai i10 has an additional variant in Malaysia, which is equipped with the more modern and powerful twin cam 1.25 liter Kappa family engine, supplementing the 1.1-litre SOHC and does not replace it in the Malaysian line-up.

The engine complies with Euro 4 emissions regulations and produces 80 PS and 112Nm of torque compared to the 1.1-litre Epsilon single cam engine’s 66PS.

New aluminium alloy Kappa engine has two available version, one is a lower powered 1,197cc with a shorter stroke, but we are getting the European spec 1,248cc version, hence the 1.25 liter displacement instead of just 1.2 liter.

All Kappa engines are twin cam, 16 valves, use distributor less ignition, lightweight ECOFORM pistons, and feature an EPS power steering system. The engine is mated to a 4-speed automatic transmission.

The i10 (1.25l Kappa) is CKD assembled and is priced at RM49, 688 (OTR) for the standard spec and RM52, 688 (OTR) for the high spec (adds 2 airbags and ABS brakes) in West Malaysia and comes with a 5 years warranty or 300,000km extended warranty.

The Kappa model also has two exclusive colours not available on the 1.1 liter – Oyster Grey and Deep Sea Blue.

Kia has made an announcement that its engine line-up for its new Optima Sedan, with several petrols and a turbo diesel unit for European market.

All new Kia Optima was launched at the New York Motor Show in April, which is expected to go on sale later this year, competing against the likes of the Ford Mondeo, Opel Insignia and Volkswagen Passat sedans.

Kia has now announced that the range of engine available for the Optima in various markets. Western Europe is expected to be offered with a 2.0-litre CWL petrol engine and a 1.7-litre VGT turbo diesel unit, with performance and output figures to be revealed.

Meanwhile, Russia and Eastern Europe will get an additional 2.4-litre MPI petrol powerplant that produces 178bhp.

In America, the Kia Optima will come with a 2.0-litre turbocharged unit that puts out 278bhp, as well as a 2.4-litre four-cylinder engine with direct injection that churns out 203bhp.

For the Optima, Transmission options are either a six-speed manual, or a six-speed automatic transmission with Kia’s “Sport-matic” clutchless manual shifting.

Skoda has unveiled the Fabia RS+ and Octavia RS+ performance concepts at the Wörthersee GTI show in Austria.

The Fabia RS+ and Octavia RS+ were among the cars that Skoda displayed at the Wörthersee GTI festival in Austria, along with Skoda’s regular road cars and two units of the Fabia Super 2000 rally car. Both cars feature special optical packets and colour adaptations based on self-adhesive foils.

The Fabia RS+ is inspired by the Super 2000 rally car, and comes with a two-tone gray and lime paint theme with matching alloy wheels and a spoiler kit that includes front spoiler, side skirts and a rear diffuser. There is also a new bonnet with sculpted air vents, smoked headlamps and a black front grille as well as an updated interior with bucket seats and a sportier trim.

Meanwhile, the Octavia RS+ gets a similar grey exterior colour with contrasting lime alloy wheels and a more aggressive body kit with front and rear spoilers and a new rear diffuser.

Black-tinted headlamps, integrated LED-based taillights, blacked-out front grille and the upgraded interior with lime-colored accents and leather surface stitching round off the changes on the Octavia RS+.

Acura, Honda’s American Luxury brand, is offering a new A-Spec upgrade package for the TL sports sedan to buyers in Canada.

The A-Spec Package for the Acura TL is available with the TL Super Handling All-Wheel-Drive (SH-AWD) Technology trim, which already comes with equipment such as leather upholstery, a satellite-navigation system and 10-speaker surround sound stereo.

The A-Spec Package adds 19-inch alloy wheels wrapped in performance tires, a dark chrome grille with matching element in the rear, and a full aero kit to the car, which consists of a front and rear apron and side skirts, and A-Spec logos at the rear and on the floor mats.

The Acura TL is powered by a 3.7-litre VTEC V6 engine that produces 305bhp, and comes with either a five-speed automatic transmission or a six-speed manual gearbox. Acura has not disclosed how many A-Spec packages it will produce, but says it is a limited edition model.

Volkswagen has unveiled the Golf GTI Adidas Edition at the Wörthersee GTI Festival, and it has decided to go on sale later this year.

The Golf GTI Adidas Edition will go on sale across Europe from June, with sales in North America, Australia and the rest of the world shortly afterwards, in three and five-door form. Four body colours will be available for the Golf GTI Adidas Edition, including “Candy White”, “Black Uni”, “Tornado Red” and the metallic “Oryx White”.

The Golf GTI Adidas Edition features the same 2.0-litre turbocharged engine as the standard GTI, which puts out 210bhp. However, the car gets new 18-inch machine polished alloy wheels, special logos on the B-pillars, standard bi-xenon headlights with cornering lights and smoked LED rear lights.

Interior, the Golf GTI Adidas Edition gets new black-red sport seats designed in association with Adidas, colour-contrasting door tread plates, special interior accents in aluminium, fabric floor mats with decorative borders and in versions equipped with the 6-speed dual clutch gearbox (DSG), a gearshift grip in the golf ball design of the first generation GTI.

Volkswagen’s next-generation Passat is expected to up the stakes against Germany’s luxury automakers, revealing a longer and wider platform. Though the new car will be larger than the outgoing one, the use of lightweight materials in its construction should ensure a lighter kerb weight and improved mileage.

Under the hood, a replacement for the R36’s 3.6-liter engine will be in place, putting out close to 300 horsepower from a displacement of 3.0-liter. To improve mileage and maintain power, the new engine will also be using direct injection, while the rest of the powertrain lineup is expected to benefit from some form of forced induction as well. Other models will include a new hybrid as well as a high-performance diesel with all-wheel drive.

To give the Passat some much needed panache, Volkswagen will be pulling out all the stops to make the next-generation a technological showcase, with features that should have the traditional German luxury marques feeling a little worried.

Expected to debut in late 2011 as a 2012 model, the next-generation Passat is tipped to feature a host of new technologies, including airless tires, a wiperless window cleaning system, and an advanced user interface. There may also be an electronic stability system with a feature that automatically offers counter-steering assistance in adverse driving conditions.

One year after the launch of the Passat sedan will be the station wagon. This will be followed closely by a new high-performance model to replace the current R36.
