Pink Power 1: Audi R8

Wednesday, October 7th, 2009

October being the Breast Cancer Awareness Month, every one is paying tribute to all those brave women who have fought or are still fighting this deadly disease, in their own unique way.

For this month, TopSpeed will be running down a list of the most beautiful and exotic pink-colored cars in the world. This list will be dedicated to all those afflicted with breast cancer.

Pink cars are slowly becoming somewhat of a trend these days and over the next couple of days, more pink-inspired wheels of steel will be featured.

If Elle Woods (Reese Witherspoon’s character in Legally Blond) were to have a car, you’d be hard-pressed to find anything that can come close to this pink Audi R8. Just to be clear on one thing: Audi doesn’t have a pink R8 in its fleet, so you can bet that whoever the Dutch fellow is who owns this piece of eye candy had the paint job customized. You have to admit that it’s an eye-catcher, and not just because it’s pink, but it’s a pink R8.

Make no mistake about it, though. Despite it’s color, this R8 is still all-power all the time so you wouldn’t want to go up against this car anytime soon.
